Pilates (when practiced under professional instruction) is a safe and low impact form of exercise suitable for everyone even if you have an injury or back/joint problem. In fact, Your Space Pilates specialises in teaching people with all sorts of physical conditions and restrictions so that everyone can improve their health and well-being.

I have over 20 years experience teaching Pilates and training people with a range of restrictions and abilities. My classes treat individual's needs but in a group setting and at the convenience of being in 'Your Space' at work.

The Class...

Each of my 45 minute mat classes are a full-body holistic workout  (with specific focus on core strength) to establish balance in the body and mind. When practiced regularly, you will improve your strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination, amongst other things, whilst helping to manage stress and improve concentration.


The convenience of being just a hop, skip and a jump away from your desk helps you create some healthy routines around 'Moving More & Moving Better'. Just give it a try and encourage your colleagues to take part with you - buddy'ing up helps keep you accountable! The more you do it, the better the results...this is about creating healthy habits!

How Does Corporate Pilates Work?

Regular corporate pilates classes are so easy to incorporate into your weekly or monthly work calendar, you’ll be wondering why you didn’t organise them sooner.

  •  Figure out how often you’d like your sessions. If you want to see a positive impact on your corporate culture, I'd suggest planning weekly sessions for your team.
  •  Face-to-face classes or online. 'Your Space Pilates', as the name suggests comes to your place of work to teach the classes. Alternatively, online via private Zoom sessions.
  •  Figure out when you’d like your sessions. Start the day with a morning class or take a midday break and step away from your desk so you are more energised for the afternoon.

Corporate Class Pricing 

$150 per class, based on an 8 class commitment. I suggest 1-2 classes per week.
